Sony ZV-1 RAW support has been added to Adobe!… And also the A7SIII, EOS R5 and R6?… Anyone heard about those cameras lately?

I am thrilled to see that Adobe RAW support has been added for the Sony ZV-1 so I can finally start shooting and processing Sony ZV-1 RAW files through my usual Lightroom workflow. Converting to TIF with Sony software seemed more trouble than it was worth so I have been shooting/processing JPEG. I will admit that, with the improved colors included with this camera, I have been perfectly happy with the JPEGs this camera has been creating.

But RAW is my preferred workflow regardless of camera. Yes, the ZV-1 was created with video as a priority, but just like the very similar RX100 cameras I have used before it I find it quite a capable and portable stills device as well.

Also this camera called the A7SIII was added to the RAW support list. Have there been any write ups on this camera? I kid of course. Great news about the reviews for this camera. Great news for video-centric folks. But I am not fazed by it or the EOS R5 and EOS R6 since I lean towards stills. Nothing wrong with them. Just that I am perfectly happy with the A7III and even the A7II. Curious what on Earth a rumored new A5 or A6 entry model or the inevitable future A7IV whenever that comes out could do, but I have no complaints as is. Heck one of my favorite cameras is a years old a6000 and the a6100 is no slouch either. And the a6100 and ZV-1 with their dead accurate phase detect AF, 4K capabilities, and tilty-flippy screens are more than enough for my video needs.

I currently see no reason to update or spend more. Sony messed up creating such capable cameras already, but I appreciate it.
